About Me

Allyssa Cole is a Risk Management Specialist for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW®) New Home Division, serving Western Washington, including Seattle, Vancouver, Bellingham, Yakima, Olympia, Bremerton, and Port Angeles. Since joining 2-10 HBW in 2020, Allyssa has built a strong reputation for her collaborative approach, effective communication, and creative problem-solving. Before joining 2-10 HBW, she spent many years in business development and sales roles within the construction industry, giving her a deep understanding of builder needs and challenges. Allyssa is known for being reliable, focused, and genuinely invested in helping builders succeed. She is also an active member of several local and state builder associations, including MBAKS, MBAPC, OMB, BIA of Clark County, Central Washington HBA, and BIAW. Outside of work, Allyssa and her husband live in Puyallup with their two dogs. She enjoys spending time outdoors, especially snowboarding, hiking, and camping.
