Benjamin Farris has been with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty since 2021 and currently serves as Regional Business Development Manager for California. In this role, Ben oversees strategic partnerships with homebuilders of all sizes, supporting their success through a range of essential services. Having previously been in the role of Warranty Manager for a large home builder in California, Ben knows first hand the issues facing builders and the most efficient means to managing a Customer Care team, and is well versed in the intricacies surrounding homebuilding in CA including SB-800.
