Daniel Smith has been with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty since 2017 and currently serves as Regional Vice President for the Western United States. In this leadership role, Daniel oversees strategic partnerships with homebuilders of all sizes, supporting their success through a range of essential services. 2-10 HBW, part of the Frontdoor Inc. family of brands, offers comprehensive support to the homebuilding industry nationwide. This includes facilitating process improvements, delivering on-site training, managing risk, providing insurance solutions, and offering tools like software, HVAC/appliance purchasing programs, and other builder-focused initiatives. Daniel is passionate about elevating the homebuilding experience—both for builders and the homeowners they serve. He draws inspiration from a favorite quote by Viktor E. Frankl: “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” This mindset guides Daniel's approach to leadership and reflects his commitment to supporting builders in their efforts to solidify the homeowners' experience through likely the largest investment of their lives.
