John McGrath is a Risk Management Specialist for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW®) New Home Division covering the great state of New Jersey. He joined 2-10 HBW approximately 25 years ago for the love of the home building industry and has a passion for helping builders with all their warranty needs. John provides his builders protection with the 2-10 HBW insurance-backed structural warranty, helping them manage their risk and sell homes faster. He believes the personal and face to face interaction is professionalism at its best. He strives to uphold the integrity of his customers as well as The Best Warranty company in the Nation. Going above and beyond is in his DNA! John is a current member of all the Local HBA’s in NJ as well as a longstanding member of NJBA. When John is away from the office and not supporting the building industry, he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren. He loves to spend his spare time as a handyman helping others and fishing when ever he gets a chance!
