About Me

Kelly Lukenda Ely is a Senior Market Manager for the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW®) Resale Division in Northeast Georgia. She began her career with 2-10 HBW straight out of college in 2004 in the New Home Division as a customer service lead. Kelly joined the Resale Division in 2010 as an Market Manager, and has been honored with the Council of Sales Leadership (COSL) award in 2013, and every year from 2015 to 2024. The COSL award recognizes professionals who display optimal home warranty sales expertise while delivering trustworthiness and integrity to every customer, every day, every time. Kelly is a consummate professional whose customers seek her out for her business integrity, problem solving skills and her ability to educate real estate professionals and their clients on the benefits of the Home Warranty Service Agreement. She believes that hard work is worth the reward, and nothing makes Kelly happier than knowing that a service request 2-10 HBW managed helped save a homeowner money. Married to husband Michael, the couple has two sons Bennett and Brooks and two dogs. When she’s not working or caring for her family, Kelly enjoys shopping, watching football, cooking, hosting parties and reading.
