About Me

Ken Ward is a Risk Management Specialist for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW®) New Home Division for Central FL, Northeast FL, and the Panhandle. Ken enjoys working in the home building industry with the opportunity to assist builders in transferring their risk with an insurance-backed structural warranty. Ken is a lifelong Floridian. He has been around the home building industry his entire life, and has a passion for helping builders find unique solutions to the challenges they face. He has over 22 years of experience in the new construction warranty space, and his involvement with home builders associations throughout Florida provides an outlet for him to continue to advance the industry. Ken’s community involvement includes service on the Board of Trustees of a small private Christian School. He has a blended family of two sons (and two daughters in law), four daughters (one son in law), and six Grandchildren!
