About Me

Laura Byron is a Risk Management Specialist for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW), representing Indiana, Ohio, Illinois and Michigan. Laura has a wealth of experience in the new residential construction space. Before joining 2-10 HBW, she worked in new home sales for a national home builder, as well as for a lender as a mortgage loan officer. Her experience has provided great insights into the building industry and the challenges builders, and their buyers, face. She loves helping builders with our insurance-backed builder warranty because she has seen first-hand the positive difference it can make for everyone during the post-closing time. Laura believes that kindness, integrity, and empathy are her most important strengths. She prides herself on her open communication style, her willingness to help, and her follow-through. Builders like to partner with her because she works tirelessly to be an advocate for her clients, and she listens carefully to their needs so that she can help them find the right solutions for their unique circumstances. In her free time, Laura loves spending time with her 3 daughters and their dog, Piper, being outdoors (especially at the beach!) running, collecting house plants, going out with friends and listening to audio-books and podcasts.
