About Me

Phil Dunlevy is a Risk Management Specialist for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10) New Home Division covering Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, West Virginia, and Northwest and Southern New Jersey. He joined 2-10 over 30 years ago for the challenge and the benefit of helping builders manage their risk. He enjoys working with people who have the common goal of providing superior products and services to home buyers. He has found that 2-10 HBW enables him to provide builders with warranty products, like the insurance-backed structural warranty, which helps them sell more homes and protect their buyers for a full 10 years. Before serving the building industry, Phil worked in the automotive warranty business. He has a bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University and is involved in several local home builder associations. Phil is a former college football player and still enjoys many sports to this day.
