About Me

Robbie Rivardo is a seasoned Risk Management Specialist with 2 10 HBW, holding a North Carolina property and casualty license. With more than 20 years of dedicated service to 2 10 HBW, she values the authentic relationships she has built with Realtors and Builders as they work together to elevate the quality of home ownership. Robbie partners closely with builders to help them protect their assets, manage risk, and minimize liability through education and proactive guidance. Her expertise and commitment have earned her multiple 2 10 Council of Sales Leadership awards. She is an active member of eight North Carolina Home Builder Associations. In 2025, she was honored to serve as Chair of the NCHBA Professional Women Builders Council, whose mission is to empower women across all areas of the building industry. Outside of work, Robbie enjoys traveling and spending time with her four horses. She has traversed the Continental Divide, backpacked Montana’s Bob Marshall Wilderness, navigated Rocky Mountain switchbacks, ridden through Arizona deserts and even the Grand Canyon — all on horseback. Closer to home, she loves supporting her young granddaughter in the local horse show circuit and spending quality time with family.
